Excellent location in the heart of a charming village. Spacious, well-maintained rooms with unique touches like claw foot tub and balcony. Enjoyed the complimentary wine, breakfast basket, and quality toiletries. Limited number of suites adds to the intimate atmosphere.

We appreciated d'amici. Only a short distance to Cafe Sarafornia, where you can have lunch. We could easily get to tank garage winery and lee youngman galleries was in front of the hotel...
Everything is what i that i need and want.

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice "basket of goodies" in the morning. Very comfortable and reasonably quiet street front room.
Didn't care for long and steep staircase (but noted on description), no coffee in room until delivered w/morning basket, and the "shared A/C unit".

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, situated above the shops on the bustling main street. It was so convenient to have access to everything right at my doorstep. The service at this venue was top-notch, with a simple self-check-in process and friendly staff who were always on hand if I had any questions. The room itself was truly a haven of comfort, with quality bedding and an oversized tub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were also exceptional, from the Napa Soap Shop toiletries to the Calistoga Roast Coffee that was replenished daily. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that magically appeared outside my door each morning, accompanied by a basket of goodies. It was truly a delightful start to my day.
I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We liked the downtown location; cleanliness of the rooms; breakfast baskets. The town of Calistoga was fun, friendly and we enjoyed several excellent meals there. The room had a great shower and wonderful hardwood floors.
There was almost no space for clothes so we had to leave everything in suitcases, hard since we were there for 5 nights. Only other disturbance were the delivery and garbage trucks that came between 5:00-6:00 in the morning.

My stay in the hotel was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast basket was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, the spacious and clean rooms made my stay enjoyable.
There was no front desk, and finding the key was a bit of a hassle. Also, noise from trucks in the morning was disruptive.

Loved it, stayed in the suite with a balcony. Will stay again with friends to share the room next door and balcony!! Neighbors were pleasant but would rather it be a close firend (they probably would have preferred that too...) I'm sure we'll stay many more times, location is excellent! Morning coffee was delicious too.

Great location in the very centre of Calistoga. Lovely room, well equipped including a fantastically large romantic bath for two (in the bathroom) and a very comfortable bed plus a sofa in the lounge area. The complimentary bottle of Rutherford Glen Sauvignon Blanc in the fridge, was a real treat.
This isn't really a hotel - it's more a lodging aimed (I think) at couples looking for an incognito romantic retreat. On arrival, I had to telephone an 'answering service' to get the access code to the main door. Couldn't work the TV until I was shown how to use the complicated remote the following morning. Breakfast is delivered in a wooden bucket sometime during the night (left outside the door): both mornings it consisted of a stale croissant, two weary muffins, a bottle of juice, two pieces of fruit and two packets of ground coffee - hardly an inspiring mixture. The wi-fi never worked despite being given two different access codes. However, wi-fi is fast and free at the next door Calistaga Roastery where the bargain price of $2.25 gets you unlimited free refills that you don't have to make yourself - unlike at the D' Amici 'hotel'!

We loved the location right in the center of town on the main street. It made it so convenient to explore all that downtown has to offer. Additionally, the proximity to a restaurant was a great bonus. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and a wonderful way to start our day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Nothing at all.

We were interested in touring wine country...Calistoga was the only area we thought was condusive to a self-directed bike/wine tour. Hotel was low key, comfortable, quiet...we loved everything about it.
It was fine with us, but folks need to know that they need to be able to walk up a steep flight of steps when entering facility.
